CartSpy opens straight on the Live View. On a phone, in the Shopify app, each cart is one compact card you read at a glance; on a desktop it sits in a tab next to your other work. While it is open it keeps updating by itself, and it catches up when you come back to it. It listens through Shopify's web pixel, so there is nothing to add to your theme.
Around 6 AM in your store's time zone, CartSpy sums up yesterday: carts, checkouts and orders, where the carts came from, the products that were viewed but not ordered, and the abandoned carts with what was in them. What's in the email.

Love this app. It helps you to understand which are the most viewed products and what people are adding to cart. It fills in the gaps with all of the info that Shopify’s analytics doesn’t give. I’ve recommended it to a few people who have also downloaded it.
